The Route

Everett to Williamsburg

Starting in Everett, Washington, the route ran east across Washington, the Idaho panhandle, Montana, and Wyoming, through South Dakota and southern Minnesota, across Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, and into Virginia — finishing in Williamsburg. Roughly 130 miles a day, every day, for 26 days straight.
